Sign up  here Donald Trump reacted angrily after a 6-3 Supreme Court majority struck down his global tariffs. He called the majority unpatriotic and disloyal and implied foreign influence over the court. The reaction is part of a pattern in which he treats institutional limits as corruption when they constrain him, casting courts and other institutions as illegitimate. The ruling also exposed a shift among Republicans. After the Court blocked the tariffs, Trump tried to impose a new 10 percent global tariff under a different legal theory. Republican lawmakers including Don Bacon, Mitch McConnell, and Rand Paul signaled they would resist, emphasizing that trade authority belongs to Congress. Trump has also shown uncertainty about the Republican Party’s 2028 direction. Reports s...

Fool me twice, shame on…wait, what? The David Pakman Show - February 16, 2026 Feb 16 Already a website member? Watch the show commercial-free  here  | Want to become a member? Sign up  here Renewed claims about Jeffrey Epstein’s death are not new evidence but recycled opinion. Forensic pathologist Michael Baden argued back in 2019 that fractures to Epstein’s hyoid bone were more consistent with strangulation than suicide. That is the same claim being circulated again now. The problem is that peer reviewed research shows hyoid fractures occur in about a quarter of confirmed suicide hangings. That means the injury is not exclusive to homicide. The controversy around Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein is escalating beyond pundit debate into survivor testimony and a planned field hearing in Palm Beach organized by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee. The focus is on allegations that young women were recruited from Mar-a-Lago in the mid 2000s, including claims by ...

Insurrection act threat made by Trump as he falls asleep again

Insurrection act threat made by Trump as he falls asleep again The David Pakman Show - January 15, 2026 Jan 15 Already a website member? Watch the show commercial-free  here  | Want to become a member?  Donald Trump is openly threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act to deploy U.S. troops against legal protesters in Minneapolis after flooding the city with federal immigration agents. That surge has already led to multiple shootings, including the killing of 37-year-old Renee Good. The administration is now calling protesters insurrectionists while praising ICE and accusing state leaders of corruption. Republicans want credit for supposedly pushing back on Trump’s threats to seize Greenland by force, but the resistance is thin and mostly for show. A couple of senators speak up publicly or take symbolic trips, while most complaints are anonymous and paired with public loyalty. This is the same cycle every time. Private concern, mild distancing, then total compliance...

Trump burying the Epstein files with pathetic redactions

Trump burying the Epstein files with pathetic redactions The David Pakman Show - December 22, 2025 Dec 22 The Trump administration has over‑redacted, withheld, and even quietly removed legally mandated Jeffrey Epstein documents, despite a transparency law requiring their release with limited redactions. At the same time, the White House has pushed misleading narratives to shift attention onto Democrats, creating distractions instead of demonstrating the accountability they promised. More than a dozen Epstein-related files briefly vanished from the Justice Department’s website just hours after their release, including a photo of Donald Trump with Epstein, Melania Trump, and Ghislaine Maxwell. One image was later reinstated, but explanations for its removal and return were contradictory and failed basic legal standards. Congress is threatening Attorney General Pam Bondi with contempt proceedings, including possible fines or jail, over her failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transpa...
