Diaz-Torres, an off-duty ICE agent from Albuquerque, N. M., who was charged with DUI after he crashed a rented 2025 Kia Telluride into a row of tall hedges in the west suburban town. Police allege Diaz-Torres had fallen a sleep at an intersection, then crashed the car after a Westmont police officer attempted to wake him.
