Congress is moving forward with a budget bill that would meet Trump’s vain and cruel demands: Trump wants to spend $1 billion of your taxpayer dollars on a gaudy new ballroom to replace the East Wing of the White House which he illegally demolished And he wants another $70 billion to pay for more ICE detentions and Border Patrol agents which will undoubtedly lead to more violence in our communities We’re seeing even some Republican members of Congress express skepticism about parts of this bill.
