Last night, the Supreme Court ruled against Donald Trump’s attempt to distort the upcoming midterm elections by enlisting the United States Postal Service in his flagrant campaign to disenfranchise potentially millions of eligible voters. This is a major victory. It prevents an election chaos scenario that Trump was trying to engineer and it preserves vote-by-mail as an option for Americans in the majority of states that offer it. Public Citizen litigated to challenge what the Trump Regime was trying to do with the USPS. Other organizations and entities filed a slew of lawsuits about the same issue.
