Leon Dyer, 45, faces two charges of possessing child sexual abuse material, police said Sunday in announcing his arrest. The Belmont resident is due in Cambridge District Court on Monday. Dyer was arrested by the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, state police Crime Scene Services and the Belmont Police Department, officials said.
