While working Americans are pressed to the wall with sky-high costs of everything from gas to groceries to health care, Trump has been focused on sending more money to ICE and Border Patrol and his corrupt CASH FOR CRONIES scheme. How did this happen? In January, Trump sued his own administration for $10 billion. Then his attorney general — his former personal lawyer — crafted a settlement to hand Trump nearly $2 BILLION of your tax dollars as a personal slush fund. When I pressed Trump's attorney general about whether those funds could flow to insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on January 6, he refused to answer. When I asked whether he would put in place any guidelines to prevent that from happening, he refused to answer again.
