We took Donald Trump to court — and won
This summer, I took the Trump–Vance administration to court. They tried to block members of Congress from entering federal immigration detention facilities — from seeing conditions with our own eyes, from asking questions, from doing the oversight the Constitution demands. We didn’t back down. We sued. And this week, a federal court ruled clearly and unequivocally: the Trump–Vance administration cannot block Congress from conducting oversight at immigration detention facilities. That win matters. It means no administration — Republican or Democrat — gets to hide abuse, neglect, or corruption behind locked doors. It means accountability still exists.
