  This is getting out of control, and we need to do something: Remember: the administration wants you to think that 66,000 is nothing more than a number.  But we know the truth. Those are 66,000 lives interrupted in the pursuit of a divisive, xenophobic agenda by political leaders that are supposed to represent us. That’s 66,000 families facing separation. 66,000 futures held hostage.  66,000 American dreams on the brink of destruction. That’s why every Sunday for nearly five months, our allies at the Workers Circle have organized vigils outside of Alligator Alcatraz―a secretive ICE “black site” detention camp in the Florida Everglades―and we can help them keep the vigils going.
