But Trump was ready, and earlier that day he held   a press conference  with four women who had accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct, revisiting their accusations against the former president. Trump then brought them as his guests to the debate. How that was supposed to exonerate Trump, or even communicate something negative about Hillary Clinton?
