I began following at a time of BUTTERFLY BALLOTS in FLORIDA and voters complaining that their VOTES on ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES were being changed. In Massachusetts, Secretary of the Commonwealth Bill Galvin determined DOMINION was appropriate. I asked questions and challenged the decision. DOMINION allows VOTERS to complete PAPER BALLOTS.
