  More than a century after women gained the right to vote, Vermont remains the only state yet to send a woman to Congress. It’s high time we end that distinction for our state. Becca Balint is smart, tough, and effective. At a time when our democracy is imperiled and partisan division seems worse than ever, I look to Vermont. We see people helping their neighbors, caring for their communities, and working together to solve problems. I think we need more of Vermont in DC and that’s why I’m running for Senate. We’re approaching our August deadline—the first of the general election.
