People are proud to be Canadian and ready to defend their tradition of being a welcoming community. Lunenburg reminds us that Canada's history is complicated. Our nation became possible because people chose to support the rule of law over arbitrary violence and the influence of oligarchs. No threat from MAGA will undermine this. Canada is a choice that each of us continues to make.
