STARBUCKS BLOCKADE

The nationwide strike against Starbucks continued this week, as employees from dozens of additional stores joined the movement. That brings the total number of stores with striking workers to nearly 100, in more than 65 cities across the country.

On Wednesday, hundreds of workers, local leaders, and supporters protested at Starbucks’ largest east coast distribution hub in East Manchester Township, Pennsylvania. The strike slowed deliveries for much of the day, but the stalled truck drivers mostly backed the demonstrators in solidarity.

One Philadelphia Starbucks employee stated: “When we said baristas were ready to take drastic measures, we meant it. This is only the beginning ... We have the infrastructure to take care of each other (and) stay out on strike for the long haul.”

COAST GUARD CAVES

After immense public outrage, the US Coast Guard officially reversed course to prohibit swastikas and nooses. Earlier this week, the agency had erased language that explicitly banned the hate symbols.

The fact that they even had to make the change is beyond outrageous, but on brand for the Trump regime. I would say this is just another distraction from all the other Trump scandals, but whoever leaked this to the press is a hero.

NFL COACH SACKS TRUMP

Assistant Head Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs Dave Toub was asked about Trump’s criticism of a new rule in the NFL—which makes kickoffs safer for players.

Toub blasted Trump at a press conference Thursday, saying: “He doesn’t even know what he’s looking at. He has no idea what’s going on ... So, I mean, take that for what it’s worth. And I hope he hears it.” Toub’s response was received with laughter.

I agree with Toub. Trump has no idea what’s going on with anything ever.

TRUMP’S NEW DISAPPROVAL

A new Fox “News” poll was released that’s absolutely terrible for Trump. In it, they asked: “Who is more responsible for current economic conditions? Trump or Biden?”

Of those polled, 62% blame Trump and, for some wild reason, 32% blame Biden. Trump’s disapproval in the same survey stands at 58% now—which is awful for him, especially given the source.

And a Reuters/Ipsos poll released this week has Trump at a 60% disapproval—the worst of this term. I still think all of the numbers are too low, but they certainly are moving in the right direction.

AN ENORMOUS TRUMP LOSS

Yesterday, GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene announced she will be resigning on January 5th of next year. Good riddance. I’m thankful she stood her ground on the Epstein scandal, but aside from that she is one of the most toxic people in politics.

PADILLA WALKS OUT

On Wednesday, Sen. Alex Padilla walked out of an immigration subcommittee hearing about “radical left” attacks on ICE—calling it a “sham” and “Republican political theater.”

Before he got up and left, Padilla said: “I refuse to give oxygen to the fire of disinformation and propaganda that this hearing was set up to ignite. And I refuse to be part of this charade.”

Trump's alleged child rape victim "Katie Johnson" is in the Epstein Files

Is that possible? Yes.

In 2016, a woman using the pseudonym "Katie Johnson" filed three lawsuits and recorded a video (trigger warning) claiming she was raped by Donald Trump at Epstein's home in 1994 when she was just 13.

How credible is Katie Johnson's story? The more we learn about both Epstein and Trump, the more credible her story is becoming.

In 2016, Trump's friends at the National Enquirer took her story seriously enough to run a "catch and kill" operation to make it disappear. In addition, Trump's fixer Michael Cohen sent a private investigator to kill the story - just as he did with Stormy Daniels.

And last week, the new Epstein emails included several explosive references to Katie Johnson's lawsuits.

Katie's video description was captured before Trump became President and matches perfectly with what's described by 100's of other underage girls.

Given Epstein’s history of secretly taping famous people taking sexual advantage of young women procured by Epstein, if the allegations in the Katie Johnson complaint are true, Trump has every reason to be concerned that tapes might exist which would prove Johnson’s allegations.

Attorney General (and Trump personal lawyer) Bob Barr made the highly unusual decision to un-recuse himself from the Epstein case and actually take direct control over the case, despite having previously announced he had a conflict of interest.

I would never have guessed that a billionaire could run a sex trafficking ring for decades with numerous people as accomplices and co-conspirators. But Epstein is already a convicted sexual predator and he continued the behavior even after his conviction.

These women who were sexually abused as girls deserve the complete truth. They deserve justice and it appears that Bill Barr and Donald Trump have the motivation to go to unimaginable lengths to prevent that from ever happening.
