Just hours after a resounding defeat on Election Day, Trump had a bad morning in federal court, as Magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick scolded the DOJ for "indicting first, and investigating second" and sided completely with Former FBI Director James Comey's team, ordering the immediate turn over of tens of thousands of pages of documents to the defense. Popok explains how now we have 2 different federal judges both demanding the turn over by tomorrow of ALL grand jury information about how Lindsey Halligan may have violated her ethical obligations and the law in presenting the indictments to the grand jury.
