Imagine what Democrats could do with a majority

 
       NEW HAMPSHIRE IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL STATE...it would be wonderful if 

        they could provide better policies for residents!


        We rented a house that was getting ready for sale to a young family who fled 

        NEW HAMPSHIRE because the real estate taxes that fully fund PUBLIC 

        SCHOOLS were unaffordable and good paying jobs were scarce. 

        NEW HAMPSHIRE residents clog Massachusetts highways for good paying 

        jobs. Having done lots of voter canvassing in Republican voting areas at one 

        time, the poor education and poverty was conspicuous. 

Republicans in the New Hampshire Senate tried to pass a bill that would let landlords charge renters double the security deposit. In the middle of a housing crisis. When the median rent for a one-bedroom apartment in New Hampshire is $1,401. When the first month, last month, and a double security deposit would cost a renter $5,604 just to get their keys. Senate Democrats stopped it. But here’s what is remarkable: Republicans couldn't even get their own members on board. Their policies are so out of step with what Granite Staters actually want that they keep failing to pass their own agenda. Imagine what we could do with a majority. Not just blocking bad Republican bills, but actually passing good ones. Lower housing costs. Affordable childcare. Lower energy bills. Fully funded public schools. That majority is within reach. But we need your help to get there.
