In a time when our voting rights are under attack from nearly every direction, the Supreme Court should be on the side of voting rights. We know that isn’t always the case, but we’re glad to see the Supreme Court siding with voters here.
But even though this case turned out favorably, we know we can’t take anything for granted. We’re still facing an ultra-conservative Supreme Court, so their next ruling might not be so positive.
That’s why Power the Vote needs your help.
We’re working hard every single day to protect voting rights in key swing states all across the country. We’re funding voter protection staff in battleground states, and we’re doing everything we can to defend voting rights on the ground — we’re not waiting around for the Supreme Court.
Thank you for your support,

We Fund Voter Protection In 2020, we ran the Democratic Party’s Voter Protection Program in Georgia, when the state flipped blue for the first time in nearly 30 years. We pioneered a new model of voter protection, built on sustained investments and long-lasting relationships. Now, we’re building on that success and adapting the Georgia model to fight voter suppression in other states.
