Our work, our organization, and our movement are all fueled by folks across the country chipping in what they can spare because they believe that we can achieve a fair and just legal system.

While abortion rights are at top of mind, our DAs are fighting each and every day to transform our criminal legal system from the inside out. By electing district attorneys who are ready to do the work, we can not only protect the people from abortion-related charges, but also free innocent people, and put an end to racist mass incarceration, police brutality, and discriminatory policies like cash bail.

Since the beginning of Real Justice, we’ve seen so much enthusiasm for our movement to end mass incarceration and create a system rooted in restorative justice and rehabilitation.
