The majority of Angelenos — including our CA-34 congressional candidate Angela Gonzales-Torres — have been calling for a ceasefire, humanitarian aid into Gaza, and an end to endless wars that AIPAC promotes.

But that hasn’t stopped their Congressman, corporate-backed incumbent Jimmy Gomez, from taking almost $47,000 from AIPAC this election cycle:

That’s on top of the $2.3 million the far-right funded, pro-Israel lobby group gave him from 2022-2024, making him a Top 5 AIPAC Recipient last cycle.

It’s no mystery why he’s refused to sign onto the Block the Bombs Act or push for an end to Israel’s genocide in Gaza, while repeatedly voting to arm the Israeli military with the bombs and weapons used against Palestinians.

Instead of listening to his constituents, Gomez sold out to AIPAC — just like he sold out to the real estate lobby, investment bankers, and other corporate Super PACs who profit at the expense of working-class Angelenos.

Los Angeles and a district as blue as CA-34 deserve better, and that’s Angela.

She’s an anthropologist and community advocate who refuses to take a penny from corporate PACs or AIPAC, and has never been afraid to condemn U.S. support for genocide abroad.

In just 9 days, Angela can defeat Gomez and give Angelenos a true fighter for the people, but it’s going to take a surge of grassroots energy ASAP to help her win.
