Eight Wins: Great For Us, Horrible News For Donald Trump LOOKS LIKE REPUBLICANS ARE LOSING....
You make this possible—every story we dug up this week, every call and letter headed to Congress, every person who saw the truth instead of the spin. That all happened because you’re standing with us. You’re not just reading the resistance. You’re why it has a home. If you want to do even more, you can gift a subscription to someone who needs it, or upgrade to a Founding Member. Thank you for being here. Come sit with me for a minute. Grab your coffee, juice, water, or whatever you’re drinking. Let’s take a look at eight recent wins that are great for us and horrible news for Trump. Before we jump in, smash the ❤️ like button and restack this to put these wins in front of someone who needs them today. When you restack, you’re moving truth past the spin, one reader at a time. It’s a small act of resistance that makes a big difference. We don’t just investigate the regime and report the news. We turn readers like you into something more powerful—driving millions of calls and letters to Congress, and powering one of the largest social media operations against Trump there’s ever been. But we need all hands on deck. We have to land 35 new paid subscribers this weekend to fuel the reporting and keep leading the resistance. I hope you’ll be one of the 35. 1. THE PARDON COULDN’T SAVE THEMTrump pardoned the three men behind the 2020 fake elector plot in Wisconsin. The state case against them is moving ahead anyway, and this week all three pleaded not guilty to 11 felony counts. 2. THE GRANT KILL WAS RULED ILLEGALThe regime axed a $2.8 billion program that funded cleaner air, safer water, and lower bills for struggling communities. Obama-appointed Judge Richard Gergel ruled the cancellation illegal and threw it out. 3. THE REGIME LOST ITS SIT-IN CASEThe regime charged Brad Lander with obstruction for sitting in front of an elevator at a New York immigration building. After a one-day trial, Judge Henry Ricardo found the government never proved its case and acquitted him. 4. TRUMP’S NAME CAME OFF THE KENNEDY CENTERTrump’s board renamed the Kennedy Center after him, but a federal judge ruled they never had that power. Crews climbed scaffolding last weekend in the dark and stripped his name off the building. 5. THE PEOPLE STALLED THE GERRYMANDERGov. Kemp called a special session to redraw Georgia’s maps and cut Black voters’ power. Protesters flooded the Capitol chanting “Black voters matter,” and Republican leaders backed down before the session even began. 6. ARIZONA ENDED THE FREE RIDEArizona froze tax breaks for the billion-dollar data centers that are driving up local water and power bills, after the grassroots group LUCHA organized against them. The group’s executive director, Alejandra Gomez, said: “Arizona isn’t broke. It’s being robbed.” 7. THE REGIME QUIT ITS OWN LAWSUITOn day one, Trump froze every federal wind-energy permit in the country, so 18 attorneys general took him to court and won. This week, the regime gave up its appeal and made the loss final. 8. GEORGIA DEMOCRATS OUTVOTED THE GOPIn a state Trump carried, Democrats outvoted Republicans in a primary for the first time since 2006. More than a million people voted early in Georgia, and that kind of turnout is exactly how we win in November. Look at what we just did together. Eight wins, eight gut-punches for the regime. That isn’t luck or an accident. It’s what happens when people decide they won’t quit. You’ve helped drive 763,000 calls and letters to Congress, and you help carry the truth to millions who’d never hear it otherwise. We don’t take a dime from corporations, advertisers, or billionaires. Everything we do is powered by people like you, and that’s exactly why no one can buy our silence. So if you haven’t yet, join us as a paid subscriber today. You won’t just be funding the work, you’ll be standing shoulder to shoulder with readers in 180 countries who decided this fight was worth showing up for: Onward! Scott Before you go:

They keep trying to ram things through. We keep stopping them. They don’t want people seeing this momentum, so you know what to do! What a wonderful slap in the face to see Georgia turn against Drumpf. And it must have humiliated him so much to see his name come off the Kennedy Center that he is hiding it under a trumptarp. Yay for wind farms. The more the better!! As glad as I am about these stories, the one that concerns me is the DOJ memo on the 1999 Olmstead Decision. The memo was issued on Thursday, right before the long weekend. This is my org's official statement on the memo https://disabilitycommunityfordemocracy.substack.com/p/official-statement-on-olmstead-doj?r=1y3nhe Thank you for raising this. So many of us may not otherwise have been aware. I hope you are reaching out to the Congress among others. Thank you for your work. Yay for wind farms. The more the better!! I fully support the Artificial Intelligence Data Center moratorium Act sponsored by Bernie and Alexandra. each center employs 12-13 people, uses vast resources especially water, creates sound pollution, & devalues homes and communities. In other words they take way more than they give and for what? they are used to store every person in this country's data bank and spy on U.S. citizens and let AI write poetry or rewrite homework? I heard a man called it extraction. they extract from the community with no reward Todd Blanche recently ran away from a reporter who asked him a question. If you remember his representation during Trump's NYC criminal trial, BLANCHE didn't say anything - just nodded like a BOBBLE HEAD. TODD BLANCHE...from DAILY DOSE OF DEMOCRACY: https://youtu.be/-xTMeJajYrc?si=oAP-v1bFZHQOGKZP AG Todd Blanche tells Sean Hannity that Trump "absolutely" would have gone to prison if he didn't win in 2024 Correct! And he should be headed that way shortly after leaving office in 2029 if whatever's left of our judicial system can muster the courage. From RON FILIPKOWSKI: … Acting AG Todd Blanche faced questioning today from Senate Democrats outraged over the $1.7 billion slush fund he created to pay J6 criminals and Trump’s co-conspirators as well as his handling of the Epstein investigation: Sen. Jack Reed on Trump’s $10B lawsuit: “How many taxpayers’ returns were leaked by the IRS in the 2020 breach? Blanche: Excuse me? Reed: 405,427. One of them was Trump, correct? Blanche: Trump and his family. Reed: And Trump was president at the time. So it was his IRS that allowed this breach of privacy.” Reed: “You talked to Ghislaine Maxwell. A few days later, she was transferred from a high security prison to a very comfortable— Blanche: That’s not true. She was not in a high security prison. She was transferred from a low security prison to a low security prison. Reed: I don’t think at the other prison she had her own room. She had access to a private shower. She could have pet therapy.” Reed: “Why did Trump send you down to talk to her. Blanche: You think Trump called and asked me to go interview a witness in federal prison? Reed: Yes, I do. He needed somebody to talk to her and find out what would she say if she was asked about Jeffrey Epstein, and you were the perfect choice. And you went down there and suddenly - Shazam, she’s out.” Reed: “The order that you signed states that the govt will pay the settlement if the Secretary of Treasury has certified the payment. Is it a coincidence that the general counsel of the Dept of Treasury resigned yesterday? Blanche: I don’t know.” Many of the Epstein survivors then released a statement indicating TODD BLANCHE has never met with any of them among other things. WELL DONE GEORGIA! GEORGIA has faced numerous lawsuits due to their voter/election tactics. Moved POLLING PLACES of BLACK VOTERS with no public notice, inadequate parking, long lines in hot sun due to inadequate equipment, lots of VOTER PURGES, made VOTER REGISTRATION difficult - only during BUSINESS HOURS forcing BLACK VOTERS to take a day off, also at a distance - difficult if you don't have a car....volunteers brought FOOD & WATER to those standing in LONG LINES (we contributed) - REPUBLICANS then outlawed that! Thank you to all who organized and accomplished what you've done!
