This week, the Trump regime ran into federal judges, the country’s top doctors, and its own party in the Senate—and lost every single time. And keep the momentum on our side by joining us as a paid subscriber today: THEY TRIED TO JAIL A GOVERNOR. HE WON.A federal judge just caught the regime trying to drag Minnesota’s elected leaders in front of a grand jury for the crime of saying no. The targets: Gov. Tim Walz, AG Keith Ellison, the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and county officials from across the metro area. Their offense was refusing to cooperate with the regime’s deportation machine. On Monday, Judge Patrick Schiltz—the chief federal judge in Minnesota, a former Scalia clerk, and no friend of the left—took the whole thing apart. He called the subpoenas “a blatantly unlawful and unethical use of the grand-jury process.” The evidence they were issued for unlawful reasons was “overwhelming,” he wrote, while the DOJ “struggled—without success—to identify a single plausible investigatory justification.” “Today’s ruling is a victory for the rule of law and our democracy,” Walz said. The regime came to jail the people who refused to bow—and even a Scalia clerk wouldn’t stand for it. THEY BURIED A STUDY. IT GOT OUT ANYWAY.Back in March, government scientists finished a study showing the COVID vaccine cut emergency-room and urgent-care visits in half, and hospitalizations by even more—roughly 55 percent. It had cleared the CDC’s own scientific review and was set to run in the agency’s flagship journal. Then the regime’s acting CDC director, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, personally pulled it—rejecting the test-negative design, a method scientists have trusted for decades. On Tuesday, the study came out anyway, in JAMA Network Open, one of the most respected medical journals in the country. Same findings. Same method. Now sitting in front of every doctor in America. Dr. Fiona Havers, who resigned from the CDC last year over the regime’s vaccine policy, called it “pretty aggressive interference by a political appointee into CDC scientific processes.” The regime tried to bury the truth. Instead, it handed it a much bigger megaphone. A JUDGE KILLED HIS VOTER-PURGE MACHINEThe regime took a federal immigration database, fed it Social Security numbers and citizenship records it knew were unreliable, and turned it into a machine for kicking Americans off the voter rolls. Then it handed twenty-five states the keys. Sixty-seven million voter registrations were run through it. Legally registered citizens got flagged as foreigners—people like Anthony Nel, who became a citizen over a decade ago but still had his Texas registration cancelled. All of it months before an election that decides who controls Congress. On Monday, US District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan shut the whole thing down. She ruled it broke three federal privacy laws, and ordered every state to stop running their voter rolls through it—no more flagging citizens as foreigners, no more purging legal voters before November. The government, she wrote, “has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote.” They built it to throw legal voters off the rolls. Judge Sooknanan stopped them. THE SENATE VOTED TO BRING THEM HOMEThe regime started bombing Iran in late February and never asked Congress for permission. For four months, Trump’s party shrugged and let him. But Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia kept bringing it back to the floor, vote after vote after vote. Nine times the Senate came up short. On the tenth, everything changed. On Tuesday, the resolution directing Trump to bring our troops home passed in the Senate 50-48. Four Republicans crossed party lines to vote yes. Trump raged on Truth Social, calling the four who broke with him “Republican Losers.” Don’t mistake it for courage. This is just one crack in a door his party held shut—and it happened because the whole country turned against a war it never wanted, and they pushed back until the pressure got too heavy for even his own party to hold. A wall like that never falls on its own. It falls when enough people lean on it. Here’s what this week proved: they’re not as strong as they want you to believe, and we’re not as alone as they want us to feel. Every time the regime reached for more power, somebody stood up and said no. That’s not luck. That’s what happens when enough of us refuse to look away. We can only do this independent journalism and resistance organizing because readers pay for it, so no one can buy our silence. That same independence is behind 768,000 letters and tens of thousands of calls to Congress since November 2024—and it powers the biggest social media campaign against Trump this country has ever seen. Close all of the Detention Centers!!! The people in charge are committing crimes on a daily basis. Abusing the prisoners and starving them to death. I don't understand why we are paying to house immigrant, criminals etc. Keep just one open for all of the people in this regime who should be in prison already. Scott pls rush this to our Rep and Senators thank you https://apple.news/AO19owX2lSt2dA2mED2nKkg and this https://apple.news/AvLHRFjZtRlOkJwNleWAJgw What does it tell me? It tells me that even some people who were put in power by Republicans are still willing to uphold basic legal protections instead of just going along with political retaliation. That gives me some hope that not everything is completely broken. The other thing giving me hope right now is seeing regular people actually win. It reminds me that when enough people push back together, we can still move the needle. MORE good news! Adding to that, I read in Joyce Vance's Substack column, that 101 former attorney general's have asked for an investigation into Todd Blanche! TRump is losing. We are winning! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 Yes, that is encouraging I read that too!! Let’s hope and pray the bar listens! That’s just the NY bar, isn’t it? I don’t recall… |

more on that tomorrow!
This is what happens when people keep fighting back. A judge stopped Trump from going after Walz and other elected officials. Another judge killed his voter purge scheme. And the Senate finally told him to end the war in Iran. The regime is taking Ls from every direction.
Right. The regime and the GOP are stupid, corrupt and cruel. We see. They think never in their greed grabs. All their actions seem to do is raise opposition to them daily. We are sick of it. Yes, the tide is turning.
THE TIDE HAS TURNED!
Read the ELECTION RESULTS posted on THE DOWN BALLOT!
PROGRESSIVES defeated the ANTI-DEMOCRACY AIPAC & their clones, as well as ANONYOUS DARK MONEY PACS.
The last time REPUBLLICANS controlled CONGRESS, they totally shout out DEMS - if you were paying attention, you would have noticed PUBLIC HEARINGS during which REPUBLICANS spoke first, then adjourned the hearing, shut off the lights & mics.
DEMOCRATS were relegated to BASEMENT ROOMS with no communications equipment.
REPUBLICANS were BARBARIANS then and remain unchanged although more sophisticated at the internet has improved to conceal their SCAMS.
The media is apparently obligated to quote FETTERMAN...would someone please tell him
that PENNSYLVANIA is recruiting his replacement?
NO SINGLE REPUBLICAN HAS SPOKEN OUT AGAINST ICE GESTAPO ABUSE, INJURIES, KILLINGS, LIES, DEATH TOLLS IN ICE GESTAPO DETENTION CAMPS, INCARCERATED CHILDREN, DETAINED US CITIZENS...SILENCE!
FOR-PROFIT prisons serve MOLDY FOOD, DEAD WORMS, LIVE WORMS, CONTAMINATED WATER that makes people sink, overcrowded conditions....MORALLY DEPRAVED REPUBLICANS are not only silent, but increased funding - with no changes.
The Republican Party's moral collapse under Trump is complete | Opinion
excerpt:
The Party of Lincoln is dead.
What remains is a movement organized not around principle, ideology, or governance, but around a man. Not conservatism. Not fiscal restraint. Not constitutional fidelity. Not even patriotism in any recognizable form.
The modern Republican Party has become a cult of personality whose golden calf is a doddering old man singularly consumed with grievance, vengeance and self-enrichment.
Recent events alone offered another grotesque portrait of what the party has willingly become.
Loyalty has replaced conservative principles
The GOP's moral center collapsed long ago
This is no longer a political movement operating within normal democratic boundaries. It is an ecosystem of permanent grievance fueled by celebrity worship, paranoia and transactional loyalty. The old Republican language of limited government and moral rectitude now survives only as decorative wallpaper pasted over naked opportunism.
And perhaps the clearest sign of decay is this: the movement no longer even pretends to hide the enrichment.
A president financially entangled in massive trading activity while simultaneously wielding extraordinary governmental power would once have triggered weeks of congressional hearings and breathless outrage from conservatives. Today, it barely interrupts the applause. A Justice Department creating compensation mechanisms for political allies would once have been denounced as authoritarian rot. Today, it is marketed as justice.
The moral center collapsed years ago. Now we are simply watching the structure cave inward.
I suspect historians will eventually look back on 2024 not as the beginning of Republican dominance, but as the bright final burst that often precedes collapse. Stars, after all, grow brightest shortly before they die.
There is still noise. There is still money. There is still power. The maps will continue to be redrawn. Billionaire donors will continue inflating the lungs of a suffocating party. Trump will continue demanding loyalty oaths from trembling Republicans desperate to survive another election cycle.
But something fundamental has broken.
The Republican Party once sold itself as the steward of institutional stability, personal responsibility, and fiscal seriousness. Today it operates as a vehicle for one man's appetites and one movement's resentments.
The Party of Lincoln did not evolve. It decayed.
And like all decaying things, it mistakes volume for vitality right until the very end.

I feel more hopeful everyday that the Trump aura is beginning to diminish. His favorability is crashing and the Republican officials up for reelection in November can read the tea leaves. If the Democrats take over the House, Trump knows his Presidency is essentially over. I look forward to hearing the name Trump less and less everyday. I just hope the United States won’t experience a terrorist attack with Bill Pullte as DNI. What could possibly go wrong with an unqualified person in that position?
