Graham Platner suspends US Senate bid in Maine

 

Moments ago in a video shared on social media Graham Platner announced he would be suspending his campaign and filing paperwork to withdraw from the election.  We need candidates to live our values and we were proud to have added our voices to the overwhelming call on Platner to drop out. He listened and now the nation is asking what's next.  We are now in a moment comparable only to the late-game suspension of the '24 Biden campaign. We all remember how that went... We reached hundreds of thousands of voters to carry him through the home stretch.
