Pour the coffee. You’re going to enjoy this one.

It’s only Wednesday, but the regime’s already having a rotten week—and we’ve got the receipts. Beaten in the highest court in the land, more than once. Trailing in poll after poll in states they’d written off as safe. Losing in courtrooms and primary booths alike. That’s not one good day for the resistance—it’s a pattern, and I’m about to lay it out end to end.

BORN HERE. AMERICAN. THE COURT JUST SAID SO.

On his very first day back in office, Trump signed an executive order declaring that some babies born on American soil aren’t American. Let that sink in.

The babies of immigrants—the children of people here on student visas, work permits, or no papers at all. A quarter-million newborns a year, stripped of the citizenship the Constitution has guaranteed since 1868. Trump wanted them born foreigners in their own country.

Yesterday, even the Court he built wouldn’t let him: it voted 6-3 against him, two of his own appointees included. The Constitution won in plain English: born here, you’re a citizen.

He spent ten years trying to erase these children. The highest court in the land just called them exactly what they are: Americans.

HE RAN OUT OF COURTS

E. Jean Carroll

For years, Trump tried to break E. Jean Carroll—and for years, she beat him. She beat him in front of a jury. She beat him on appeal. And on Monday, when he ran to the Supreme Court for rescue, she beat him there too.

Three of the nine justices were put on that bench by Trump himself. Not one lifted a finger to save him. The verdict stands now, permanently: a jury found that Trump sexually abused her, and he owes her $5 million for it—a court-confirmed abuser, out of appeals, out of road.

He spent years trying to make her the loser. She won every round. And there’s not a thing he can do to change it.

THE MAP IS CRACKING

Here’s what keeps the regime awake at night: the ground is shifting under them—in the places they thought they owned.

Start in North Carolina, where Democrat Roy Cooper is burying Trump’s hand-picked Republican in the polls by 14 points. Move to Ohio—a state Trump carried by 11—where even Fox “News” has Sherrod Brown pulling ahead.

In Maine, Susan Collins—the last Republican senator left standing in all of New England—is fighting for her political life in a dead heat. And then in Texas, where no Democrat has won statewide since 1994, polls show the Senate race is now a toss-up.

No matter how corporate media tells it, that’s one story: every stronghold they built is buckling at once.

None of this is an accident. It’s high prices. It’s Trump’s illegal Iran war. It’s a regime that promised the moon and handed people the bill. The anger is real, it’s everywhere, and it’s coming for them in November.

THEY CAME FOR FOUR CITIES. ALL FOUR SAID NO.

Jersey City Mayor James Solomon

Last year, regime lawyers went hunting for a city that would bend to the deportation machine—and sued four New Jersey cities at once: Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, and Paterson. The charge? That local police had refused to do ICE’s dirty work.

Paterson’s lawyer Aymen Aboushi put it bluntly: “They were essentially testing each city to find the soft spot. Finding a city that would roll over.” Not one rolled.

Judge Evelyn Padin tossed the entire case, ruling the regime had no legal ground to stand on. Jersey City Mayor James Solomon didn’t gloat. His city “will always protect our immigrant neighbors,” he promised. “This ruling is a victory for our values and cements our place as America’s Golden Door.”

They went looking for a coward. They picked the wrong state.

ONE MORE THING

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani

Republicans want Mayor Zohran Mamdani to be the scary socialist face of the Democratic Party. He dared them to try. Three candidates he backed for Congress won their primaries last week, two of them knocking off sitting incumbents.

When ABC’s Jonathan Karl said Republicans would make him their poster child, Mamdani didn’t blink: “Let them.”

Then he laid out why: because he delivered free childcare for two-year-olds, clawed back tens of millions for cheated tenants, and drove crime to the lowest in the city’s recorded history—“the very things we were told were impossible.”

That’s the whole fight right there. When they tell us it can’t be done, we go do it. And we win.

For more than a decade, we haven’t just told the story of the resistance—we’ve led it. These wins didn’t happen by themselves, and the more than 778,000 calls and emails that rattled Congress since November 2024 didn’t come together by accident. That’s what your subscription builds—reader-funded, relentless, and beholden to no one.

Then hit the ❤️ like button and restack this edition. It’s how people hear what actually happened, not the watered-down version corporate media tries to sell us.

Onward!

Scott

Four red Senate seats are up for grabs—Maine, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas. Which flip would feel the sweetest to you in November, and why?

Mamdani said some resistance wins are “the very things we were told were impossible.” What’s one fight you’ve been told is hopeless that you still believe we can win?
