The Fourth Of July: 8 Times The Trump Regime Lost—and Lost Big AMERICANS ARE WINNING....REPUBLICANS ARE SILENT!
You’re a big part of the reason why the regime keeps losing. Our Watchdog Coalition—the readers and organizers behind this newsletter—turns the truth into 782,000 letters Congress couldn’t ignore, and pressure the regime can’t wave off. This Fourth of July, put that power to work: gift a subscription to someone who thinks nobody’s fighting back, or step up as a founding member and help us flip the House and Senate in November. I know what this Fourth of July feels like. Fireworks over a country where the regime is trying to decide who counts as American, and whose family gets hunted. They trample on everything we hold dear, and I won’t pretend otherwise. But here’s what I believe with everything I’ve got: this country has never belonged to a tyrannical wannabe king. It belongs to the ones who refuse to hand it over to them. And this week, all across America, that tradition continued—in courtrooms, statehouses, and packed public halls, people who were told to give up pushed back harder instead. And they won. So before you read another word, hit the ❤️ like button and restack this edition. It puts what actually happened in front of everyone who follows you—instant, free, and impossible for the regime to bury. And if you haven’t yet, join us as a paid subscriber today. The Dworkin Report isn’t just a newsletter—it’s a war room. We dig up the wins the networks skip and turn readers into the pressure that flips Congress. I’ve spent this entire fight betting that the truth, in enough hands, still beats a bully every time. Become a paid subscriber and let’s win that bet together. 1. THE COURT SAID IT: CITIZENS AT BIRTHOn Tuesday, the Supreme Court struck down the regime’s order to end birthright citizenship. The 6-3 ruling was plain: every baby born on US soil is an American, and Chief Justice John Roberts wrote that under the Constitution, “they are citizens at birth.” Trump put three justices on that Court—two of them looked at his order and told him no. 2. THE ABUSE VERDICT STANDS—FOR GOODThat same day, the Supreme Court refused to hear Trump’s appeal of the $5 million verdict for sexually abusing writer E. Jean Carroll. It stands now, for good. He fought it for years—through a jury and an appeals court—and lost at every level. Three of the nine justices are his own picks, and not one wrote a single word in his defense. 3. MORE THAN TEN COURTS KILLED THE VOTER GRABThe regime demanded the private voter records of entire states—names, birthdates, even partial Social Security numbers. A federal appeals court threw out its case against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Pennsylvania’s Chief Judge Cathy Bissoon tossed another, ruling the regime had no right to the data it was after. In more than ten courtrooms now, the voter grab is winless. 4. A COURT SAVED THE MAIL-IN BALLOTThe regime moved to have the Postal Service refuse to deliver ballots in states that wouldn’t hand over their voter rolls. Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan blocked it, ruling the plan violated the Postal Service’s own legal requirement to deliver election mail on time. Your mail-in ballot is safe. 5. MIKE JOHNSON FAILS AGAINSpeaker Mike Johnson tried to sneak Trump’s voter-suppression bill through by bolting it onto the must-pass defense bill. It blew up on the floor—killed by his own hardliners, who wanted the anti-voting law forced through in a way the Senate couldn’t undo. Johnson gave up and sent the House home early, empty-handed on Trump’s top demand. 6. ILLINOIS PUT A SHIELD OVER TRANS LIVESWhile the regime attacks transgender Americans for data and headlines, Illinois did the opposite. On Sunday, Gov. JB Pritzker signed three laws that shield trans residents from surveillance, guarantee their care is covered, and protect their IDs. The regime builds lists to target people; Illinois built a wall to protect them. 7. SHE PAID THE FARMERS TRUMP LEFT BLEEDINGTrump’s tariffs battered New York’s farmers all last year, and the regime had no real answer for it. Gov. Kathy Hochul didn’t wait: she opened a $30 million state relief fund while Trump was still begging Congress for money it hadn’t budgeted for. Trump made the mess. Hochul cleaned it up. 8. THE RENT GETS FROZENZohran Mamdani ran for mayor promising to freeze the rent on a million apartments, and won. Six months into his term, the board made up of his own appointees voted 7 to 1 to make good on it—the first two-year freeze in city history. Real estate moguls spent years saying it couldn’t be done, and this new mayor proved them wrong in a matter of months. Nobody in these eight wins waited to be saved. They saw what the regime was doing and refused to go along—and that refusal is the whole story of this country. It’s alive right now, and it’s spreading. The regime is betting you can’t keep it up. That you’ll read a list like this, feel good for an afternoon, and go quiet by Monday. We exist to make them lose that bet. We don’t just report these wins—we build on them. We turn readers into an army millions strong: letters and calls Congress can’t ignore, truth the regime can’t bury, all aimed at the midterms. That’s what your subscription buys: not a newsletter, but a hand in turning Trump into a lame duck. So this Fourth of July, don’t just feel it—fund it. Become a paid subscriber and fuel the fight. Then hit the ❤️ like button and restack this Fourth of July special edition. One federal judge just stopped the regime from blocking mail-in ballots this week—that’s exactly the kind of win they bury. Two taps from you help it spread like wildfire. Onward! Jean Carroll case, in my opinion, is the most significant of all the wins, because DJT is actually being held accountable for something. Happy Independence Day His attorneys have already asked for an extension and Robbie Kaplan said no way, pay up. 👏 Meanwhile that interest keeps adding up! And who is paying 'his' attorneys? I hope the devil it is not US! He is known for not paying his attorneys or any one else he owes money to! Like the IRS...that is US too!!!! PAY UP DONALD!!!! Let's remember that when a JURY believed E. Jean Carroll, tRump couldn't SHUT UP and continued to DEFAME HER! He went on endlessly about his mindless nonsense like "I NEVER MET THE WOMAN!' E. JEAN CARROLL even saved the DRESS! The subsequent AWARDS are for DEFAMATION for a BOOB who just couldn't shut up - an impossible mandate for the BLABBER MOUTH! Posts like this are a reminder that we can take this country back, when enough people refuse to accept the worst as inevitable. Thanks for all you do for the resistance, Scott. Wonderful post VOTE THE GARBAGE OUT IN NOVEMBER!💙💙💙💙 ain't THAT the TRUTH! Hell yes Thanks it’s great to have positives to actually celebrate on this 250 birthday of the Declaration of Independence. I’m holding on to NO voter suppression! Hi Scott, have a safe and happy day! Fight on and continue to push the virtues of voting blue in 2026 & 2028! Re stacked and shared this! I think Birthright Citizenship is still in danger. 3 Justices voted against The Constitution and a 4th put an asterisk in his saying that Congress could legislate against it... This will cycle through again and next time they will pull law out of thin air to vote it down. We must have Court reform and a case-by-review of all their decisions by a later Court. Good piece, Scott! Happy 4th, All! Wiser men have offered the opinions - you can't change a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT by Congressional vote - it requires a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT which is a lengthy process and requires states to ratify the AMENDMENT - not simple! Sharing this today in honor of every judge across America who sits on the bench remembering he/she is there to defend our Constitution - not any one President or person. MORE THAN 100 RETIRED CALIFORNIA JUDGES CREATE "WALL OF JUSTICE" TO DEFEND THE RULE OF LAW & AN INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY Video Project Reaffirms Judges' Constitutional Oaths in Honor of America's 250th Celebration Happy 4th of July, Scott! All of these are excellent examples; my tie vote for 1st : E. Jean Carroll is going to get her settlement, which must be worse than diaper rash for old DonOld, and 2nd: Johnson not getting that awful SAVE thing forced through, another vote steal for old DonOld. Going to watch the fireflies tonight :🖖🫠 Little Mikey genuflects to DEMENTIA DON, sends the House home - his temper tantrum! Courts have already ruled against SAVE ACT....guess no one noticed! Courts have ruled against USPS withholding BALLOTS because it's unlawful..... we know courts and laws are meaningless to a DELUSIONAL WANNABEE KING! So I guess hate didn’t make us great, after all. Happy 4th, we will dominate the next decade with liberal democracy. This July 4th, I’m holding onto this community and all the powerful things we’ve done—and will do together! I hope most fervently that the SAVE Act gets dead and buried. Many of my elderly married friends are so worried. The custom is to take your husband’s last name. No one ever thought that would become a liability. Even thought the SCOTUS did the right thing with these rulings, they remain seriously flawed in their approach to enforcing the rule of law and honoring their Oaths of Office. The SCOTUS needs to be fixed. Term limits for Justices would be a good start! Maybe then we could get rid of dirty money that is now controlling our elections. As long as the MAGA-Justices remain in place for life, they have no real incentive to do the right thing. Citizens United will still be there, and doubled down upon, as they did last week! It's no wonder they want to shred the Constitution. It may be the most substantive Antifa document of them all. Happy Independence Day Scott!!! Great post of our recent WINS! like them ALL! I would like to add that I am so grateful for the success of the NO KINGS rallies. They helped many of us see that we can protest together and be heard!!! RESIST REPEAT 🐸 RIBBIT! Happy 4th of July, Scott! All of these are excellent examples; my tie vote for 1st : E. Jean Carroll is going to get her settlement, which must be worse than diaper rash for old DonOld, and 2nd: Johnson not getting that awful SAVE thing forced through, another vote steal for old DonOld. Going to watch the fireflies tonight :🖖🫠 Enjoy the FIREFLIES! Spectacular where they don't SPRAY CHEMICALS! No-mow May for 5 years now, and that means more fireflies! No chemicals here, and my lawn is about 6 inches or so tall with or without grass 🦗 Unfortunately, it seems MASSACHUSETTS fails to spray larvicide early after a wet spring and then experiences a PUBLIC HEALTH issue and uses an ENDOCRINE INHIBITOR that kills EVERYTHING including dragonflies, bats, bees....last year, before spraying we had a spectacular display! Don't forget to pay attention to CANDIDATES who are being attacked with lots of DARK MONEY, anonymous PACS or vested interests. Justin J. Pearson of TENNESSEE reported receiving 40,000 contributions - that says a lot! ABDUL El-Sayed in MICHIGAN is being targeted. CHRIS PAPPAS in NEW HAMPSHIRE is running against Former Gov. John Sununu (former lobbyist) who is generously funded by vested interests, EPSTEIN supporters and much else, previously extremely ANTI-RENEWABLES. JAMIE DAVIS, LOUISIANA is running for SENATE, AG recently indicted by Grand Jury. There are numerous other candidates being targeted and attacked. Check out THE DOWNBALLOT for local races that need support. DAILY DOSE OF DEMOCRACY offers numerous PETITIONS - things you might not even consider...WE respond to numerous PETITIONS, also through CIVIC SHOUT, JUGGERNAUT and numerous other outlets - always use DUCK DUCK GO to firewall name, password & identity. On this JULY 4TH, let's UNITE AND BUILD BACK BETTER! It's time to RID THE MAGA HATE, ANGER and TARGETING of ANY GROUP! AMERICA was built on COMMUNITY, lots of folks from elsewhere who sought AMERICA for what it offered - this is an historic day to REMEMBER why they came! UNITE AND BUILD BACK BETTER! |
