The States Froze A Massive Federal Data Grab Homeland Security subpoenaed a database holding the names, birth dates, and Social Security numbers of 17 million commercial drivers. The regime said it was for immigration enforcement. More than 20 states sued, and on Friday, Judge Anthony Trenga blocked the demand outright, ruling it violated federal privacy law. E.
