Dicamba's destroying farms. We can stop it together.

Monsanto’s dicamba is one of the most volatile and destructive pesticides ever used in U.S. agriculture. It doesn’t stay where it’s sprayed. It drifts for miles, carried by wind and heat, forming vapor clouds devastating everything in its path—orchards, vineyards, organic farms, endangered plants, pollinator habitats, even home gardens. Since it was first ever approved in 2016 for spraying over-the-top of genetically engineered soy and cotton, farmers across the country have lost millions of acres of crops, rural communities have been torn apart by conflict, and fragile ecosystems collapsed under the weight of this reckless chemical. Scientists warned of this resulting damage, and yet, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Dicamba anyway, bowing to pressure from Big Ag.

The only way to stop this destruction is through responsible regulatory decisions—and that’s exactly what Center for Food Safety is fighting for. We’ve been in court again and again successfully holding the government accountable for its unlawful approvals of dicamba.

🌱 will you donate today to power this fight?

Yes, I'll pitch in to power the fight against dicamba!

In 2020, after 4 years of hard-fought litigation over two cases, we secured a historic federal court victory that overturned EPA’s dicamba registration, saving countless farms from further drift damage.

Then, after the Trump administration nonetheless re-approved dicamba, in 2024 we won again, striking down its re-approval and again stopping its use, eliminating millions of pounds and acres otherwise sprayed, protecting thousands of farmers and hundreds of endangered species in the past two years.

You would think that would be enough. But no: the new Trump administration has again unlawfully and recklessly proposed yet another approval. So we are again with our partners gearing up to have to go back to court against Monsanto and the government and win again—bringing the law, the evidence, the science, and the voices of farmers and communities straight into the courtroom.

And we are not alone. With your support, we mobilized over 21,000 public comments demanding that the EPA instead ban dicamba once and for all. Our constant, daily watchdogging of the regulatory process is what ensures that our government does its job and protects people, the environment, and public health. When they don’t—we sue. And regardless of the administration—Republican or Democrat—we win.

But taking on chemical giants like Bayer-Monsanto is no small task. It takes relentless legal action, tireless advocacy, and grassroots organizing. And it takes you.

Together, we can protect farmers, communities, and ecosystems from Dicamba’s toxic drift.

Help us stop dicamba once and for all!

In solidarity,

George Kimbrell
