No explanation about why the GOAT was not penned. 

There are far more recent LIES that DOG KILLER KRISTI NOEM has told. 

LIES about those being arrested & deported...ignoring that U.S. CITIZENS are being arrested & that HOMES are being broken into, doors broken down, denial of DUE PROCESS and so on.  Guess she never read the CONSTITUTION and BILL OF RIGHTS.
