Stop the Cruelty: Help Able Dems Fight Back

Cruelty is their point.
There is no low that Donald Trump and his budget director, Russ Vought, won’t stoop to when it comes to afflicting federal workers and people with disabilities.
After being diagnosed with a brain tumor, federal worker Helen Shaw, a single mother of two, was told her agency’s disability plan was getting axed before her surgery. Vought had just moved to slash disability, dental, and life insurance plans for federal employees.
Denying disability insurance to a mother facing a brain tumor is a level of senseless cruelty that we cannot ignore.
From slashing healthcare and food assistance to systematically "traumatizing" the federal workforce by eliminating benefits and job security, Vought and Trump are working to dismantle the safety nets that millions of Americans with disabilities rely on for survival.
At Able Dems, we are fighting back. We work to elect Democrats with disabilities and allies who believe that healthcare and disability rights are non-negotiable.
Will you chip in $25 today to help us elect champions who will stop the Trump-Vought-MAGA agenda?
