My announcement

SHARED FOR INFORMATION AND EDUCATION!

Small Town PAC

I have some big news. I’m launching something new today, and I want you to be a part of it from the jump.

I grew up in the kind of small town where everybody knew everybody, everybody’s kids played together, and everybody helped when someone was in trouble.

We used to gather together as neighbors to celebrate after football games and graduations. More often than not, our gatherings took place at our local public school.

My public school was foundational. It was more than my education and the name on my jersey: it was the place our town came to meet. Heck, the school was the town.

As I’ve visited small towns in other states over the years, I’ve witnessed a similar sentiment. In red districts and blue, I’ve heard about cherished local schools and how they serve as the cornerstones of their communities.

But nowadays I’m seeing a disturbing new trend as those cornerstones are starting to crumble: Local schools are closing after funding cuts, and they’re followed by other foundational pieces of the community.

The local grocery store? Gone. The local clinic? Gone. The job with a decent wage? Gone.

Everyone and everything seems to be packing up and leaving town. We’re losing our neighbors. We’re losing our communities. And we aren't talking to each other anymore.

This is what it looks like to defund and divide America, and it’s because of Republicans like Donald Trump and JD Vance, who are willing to sell out our communities and working families for their own political and financial gain.

Why is Elon Musk closing schools in America? Why are we being told that any of the hardships our communities are facing have to do with immigration? The problem isn't your neighbor. It’s the tech bros and billionaires who pay to take turns cosplaying as your Congressman, your Senator, and your President.

I think folks in small towns need to band together and stand up for our schools, our jobs, and our communities before they’re all gone.

It’s time to put the power back into the hands of our neighbors, and for Democrats to expand the map. That’s why I’m excited to launch Small Town PAC.

I’m ready to pass the baton and get out on the road to find some teachers, nurses, veterans, laborers, and young people in small towns across the country who can represent their communities better than Silicon Valley and corrupt Republicans.

We need a new generation of elected leaders in this country – and lord knows the Democrats need some new faces. So let’s go recruit some good people with bold energy and fresh ideas who actually understand small towns and are willing to fight for them.

We’re on a mission to build a party that invests in small towns and delivers a message that resonates with rural America.

If you believe in putting small towns back at the forefront of American politics, rush a donation and become a founding donor to Small Towns PAC on Day 1.

If you've stored your info with ActBlue Express, we'll process your contribution instantly:

Let’s start talking to each other again about the issues that actually impact us. Let’s start taking the fight to the venture capitalists and robber barons who are ripping our communities apart. And let’s go win some elections!

I’m grateful to kick off this new journey with you.

More soon,

Tim
