Trump flips out after appeals court blocks ballroom construction

Donald Trump reacted predictably after a panel of judges squashed the only thing he actually cares about these days — his stupid ballroom — and flipped out on social media. "Two Obama and Biden Appellate Court Judges just voted against the desperately needed Military Center!" raged Trump on Truth Social, who suddenly has changed his tune and is desperately trying to sell the ballroom as some sort of military installation to wriggle his way out of the ruling.

"Why didn't they bring this case long prior to construction starting? There will be no expense to the American Taxpayer. This unjust decision must be overturned by the Supreme Court in its entirety!" While the Supreme Court is sadly in Donald's pocket, it remains to be seen if they'll feel the need to get involved in something so patently petty. Let's hope they decide they have better things to do.

Women made up 100 percent of jobs Trump cost the US in July

This is a cartoonishly depressing headline and sadly a perfect metaphor for Trump's calamitous second presidency. Overall, the economy lost 23,000 jobs in July: Women lost 32,000 jobs, while men gained 9,000. Many of the jobs lost were in local government and leisure and hospitality — real jobs that real women, who are already dealing with slowed wages and rising inflation, work.

Meanwhile, a whopping 165,000 women exited the work force last month, meaning they were neither working nor looking for a new job. The number of men in the labor force remained steady.

There is nothing this dumpster fire of president can't sully, particularly if you don't happen to be a straight, white, conservative man.
