In a head scratching new "emergency motion" replete with typos, the Trump DOJ IGNORES the fact that a federal judge found that AG Pam Bondi and her US Attorney Lindsey Halligan may have lied in a court filing about the Former FBI Director Comey grand jury process, AND that Halligan likely violated not one but TWO constitutional principles when presenting the case to the Grand Jury, and instead focus on an unrelated issue to try to stop the immediate release to the defense of the grand jury materials. Popok explains what happens next with the District Court judge and why Halligan and Trump are likely to lose and quickly.
