  Trump’s ICE is preparing to spend up to $20 million on wearable electric-shock devices — gloves agents can put on their hands and use to hurt people at close range. They want to use your taxpayer money to turn an agent's hand into a weapon. The request is coming from the same agency that already operates with too much secrecy, too little accountability, and a long record of refusing to answer basic questions about how people are treated in its custody.
