I’m not a millionaire.
I’ll be straight with you… I stood on the Capitol steps on January 6th. I saw what that mob was capable of. I decided then that someone had to step up and fight back — not just in the streets, but in the halls of Congress. That’s why I’m running — and that’s why tomorrow’s fundraising deadline matters so much to me. My primary in MD-05 is crowded, my opponents are self-funding, and ads are flooding the airwaves. But I’m not a millionaire, and I refuse to take a penny from corporate PACs — so if I’m going to stay competitive in this race, I need grassroots donors like you (yes, you!) to dig deep and chip in. This race is bigger than MD-05. Every day Trump is in Washington without real congressional oversight is another day he operates without accountability. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people in power think no one is watching — and I’m not willing to let that continue. If we win here, we win a seat at the table. A real one. A vote on legislation that protects your healthcare, your rights, your paycheck. A voice in a chamber that’s been ignoring the needs of the American people for too long. But if we lose, we risk Republicans EXPANDING their narrow majority and wreaking more havoc on our country.
