JOE LAPADO embraced the LUNACY of Dr. STELLA IMMANUEL who promoted her lunacy about ALIEN SPERM DONORS in your sleep, as well as numerous BOGUS & UNPROVEN CURES. TRUMP also promoted her lunacy. If  MASS GOP SEN. PETER DURANT is incapable of scrutinizing LUNACY, how credible is he? 
MBTA COMMUNITIES ACT was enacted under MA. GOV. CHARLIE BAKER. Where was PETER DURANT? This issue has survive COURT CHALLENGES. The HEALEY ADMINISTRATION is enforcing the STATUTE...now you're whining?
