In an error filled “emergency filing” the Trump DOJ seeks to block the release of secret grand jury materials in the prosecution of Former FBI Director James Comey case, the files that according to one judge, demonstrate that Lindsey Halligan committed at least 2 cardinal violations of the US Constitution in her interactions with the Grand Jury, and findings that she likely misled or lied to another federal judge.
